    Laura has been an avid yoga practitioner since 2008. She is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and holds certifications in Meditation, Yin yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga and Ayurveda. Laura specializes in relaxation and stress reduction practices.
