This is a slow flow class for all levels, itβs cooling and best to do in the evening to wind down. There are many versions of this Full Moon Flow or Chandra Namaskar. Each pose represents a phase of the moon and flows in a circular fashion. The full moon is a time of letting go of toxic thoughts or people to make room for the new. No props are required for this class, but you may want to use blocks or a blanket.
