We will focus on flowing from pose to pose while linking movement with the breath. Modifications will be offered for all levels. Our practice will include sitting, standing, inverted postures and balance. Postures will be sustained with attention to basic alignment to calm the mind and soothe nervous system. Hatha yoga provides a great stretch and strength for the entire body. No props required. Blocks, blanket and a strap are all optional.
